national headlines, some Chicago gang members are “cyberbanging.” They are posting videos on YouTube that are bold, appalling and on display for the world to see. And it’s getting attention from police.
Brazen Chicago gang members taking their message from the streets to the Internet posting The videos that contain gang members flashing gang signs, flaunting cash and waving guns. And they are not considering, or not caring, who’s watching.
Quincetta Clemons is watching. Her cousin, 17-year-old Martel Barett, was gunned down in West Englewood in October on his way to school. Clemons says the
motive was a longtime dispute between Martel and another teen.
